All Sales are Final! No Return or Exchanges. Please note this includes any order with promotional codes.
If you have placed an order and have received confirmation via USPS and UPS delivery and you did not receive your order you must file a claim with the delivery company as we are not responsible for STOLEN OR LOST packages
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship with an additional 2 to 3 days for transit.
Please note Saturday and Sunday our business does not ship out products. Only during business hours.

When placing items in your cart be mindful before you proceed and confirm the order.
We will not be able to update your cart because your order has already been process.
If you have put in the wrong address, we are not able to go back in change the shipping.

All claims made after 5 days will not be accepted. Please be advised all claims must be emailed within those 5 days. No EXCEPTION! Store credit will be issued. No refunds.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PILLOWS WITH LOVE
Remove the pillow cover from the insert and wash them separately
Turn the machine on a gentle cycle.
Use mild laundry detergent.
Once the cycle has ended, in your insert is completely dry, (No heat) fluff the pillows back out.
Please note for pillow covers hanging dry is recommended.
